The Stoweflake Resort & Conference Center is located in Stowe, Vermont. The resort will be the home of the conference as well as the official conference hotel.

The rate includes breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee breaks and poster sessions.
Instructions:
- When the window emerges click on: Select & Go To the Next Step
- Select your Check In and Check Out dates. Note: If staying at the conference site after Thursday evening the rate is reduced. Then select: Confirm Dates of Stay.
- Select room preference: 1 bed or 2 beds, and click: Book.
- When the new window emerges, fill out your personal information (name, email address, address, etc) and payment method. Finally, select Complete Reservation.
Those staying off-site will be subject to a $50/day charge to cover the use of the facility.
